A mouthful but worth it. We enjoy our time with Tesla, of course, but part of what we enjoy is the fact that the man couldn't catch a break if it were dropped into his hand — which it never was. At every step of his American engineering career, there was Edison! During the great nationwide debate over AC versus DC, there was Edison, insisting that alternating current would kill us all. He was wrong, mostly. But let's pretend a bit.
This is our daydream of a scent suitable for Edison as he grandly celebrates his victory in the War of the Currents. Consider it a counterpart to Tesla's melancholy scent: this one is hearty and jubilant and confident. Vetiver, spikenard, lemongrass, patchouli leaf, and orange cocktail bitters.
