Scooter is the first in our Under-Appreciated Clouds of the Solar System series.
Neptune actually has THREE notable cloud formations: the Great Dark Spot (ominous), the Small Dark Spot (ambitious, but underacheiving) and our own personal favorite, Scooter. :) Scooter orbits Neptune's southern hemisphere about halfway between the Dark Spots, zipping along like a dune buggy dreaming Formula 1 dreams. It clocks a full orbit every sixteen hours, and that is fast. Scooter is a SRS BSNS little cloud and we totally admire that.
Scooter's scent is an effervescent whoosh of cirrus musk, white tea, and ozone bustling over a sedate blend of blueberry and violet.
