Bubble tea! Deliciousness and mid-range tapioca-based weaponry in one: we are totally fans.
This is a green-tea variant on the traditional oolong; we like the green tea with the big brown boba because it makes us think of frogs, but there's also something about the faintly grassy astringence of matcha that goes really well with milk, sugar, and minerally-sweet tapioca. Mmm.
We couldn't bottle the big straw and the ability to tapioca-blowgun your friends. Not for lack of trying, though.
