ZOMG Smells Limited Edition Perfume Oil (Limited)
Nothing like a birthday with ninety or so of your closest friends stranded in a snowbound mountain pass in the Sierra Nevadas, is there? The companionship, the sense of shared purpose, the cake....and the bacon! Very special recipe, that bacon. Mmm.
2011's Donner reunion is a blend of fire-toasted poundcake, apple-smoked bacon (long pork = long bacon? A question for the ages!) and a gentle shake of allspice over sugar glaze.
