VApothecary Mausoleum Limited Edition Perfume Oil (Limited)
Roughly about a year ago, I proposed to Jacek that we begin a VA 'Nokturne' line for the Forum. He agreed and took his time searching during his perfume oil travels. I asked him in lieu of a 'Nokturne' name, what he'd like to call it. He stated, 'Mausoleum'. "Why that name?", I asked.
"Aside from the relation we have in our brains connecting the word to the dead, a mausoleum was built to honor the dead and translates to mean a 'magnificent tomb'. I thought it would be fitting to call the line this as the notes I choose will be stately and a little harder to find in the world. After traveling all over Eastern Europe I have brought back many single notes that I would like to share with everyone in the Forum. Just as Emerson travels Africa and smaller lands, I prefer to find perfume oils from deep regions in Europe. Vanille Noir is our first choice. Not all will be gourmand, but instead have a slight VA feel about them, if anything, a defined VA signature. I hope you enjoy our first 'magnificent perfume'."

As noted in the label, each future VA Mausoleum will be numbered to coincide with the next perfume in the Collection. Vanille Noir is #1 Hungarian Black Vanilla, a touch of bourbon affixed Vanilla and a drop of Crystalline with a touch of aged Graveyard Musk breathing from underneath.
