Vanilla Frozen Custard, Persimmon Pulp, Tonka Bean Extract, Vanilla Waffle Cone, Sugar Cone, Clove, Nutmeg, Cinnamon
Iced Persimmon features a vanilla frozen custard infused with persimmon pulp and a light dusting of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon paired with organic tonka bean extract, sugar cone and the vanilla waffle cone accord used in Blackburn's Parlor and the other two Iced perfumes: Iced Wisteria and Iced Nectar. This perfume is very sweet and ideal those who enjoy some of our other sugary gourmand aromas such as Sycamore Sugarworks (discontinued), Owl Creek Aleworks, Sugarvale, Cardamom Rose Sugar, Blackburn's Parlor and Corvin's Apple Fest. While persimmons don't have much of an aroma, this fantasy accord focuses on the flavor translated into scent.
We highlighted the Hachiya and Saijo varieties, which are ripe when extremely soft. The skin is not consumed, unlike the Fuyu persimmon, which is not quite as sweet and features a crunchy texture like an apple. The Hachiya and Saijo persimmons feature bold notes of brown sugar and softer notes of pale clover honey. The flavor is extremely sweet with a vague note reminiscent of papaya. The spices used in this perfume are very delicate. Iced Persimmon opens with a slightly fruity aroma paired with all the sugary aspects listed above. The waffle cone becomes stronger in the heart phase and dry down, paired with a caramelized sugar/brown sugar scent.
