It is concocted with marshmallows but it's being given a grown up twist, There is a good shot of Amaretto which the orange has been soaking in, with the smooth veneer of a toasted sugar crust. Much smoother and more complex than a simple orange dessert. This is a Pascal treat fit for a king.
