A soft red raspberry and heavy sugar, topped off with an extra dusting of clove, a heart of white musk to ground it and a fluff of almond to start it all on a charmingly melancholy note. Made in honor of one of my all time favorite pieces of music, written by the incomparable Beethoven. Foody and lovely.
