It would only do to have Lily of the Valley as part of Lily of the Rafters. Such a beautiful and incongrous thing to find at this time of year. I just think of it all as fresh and open, with the promise of spring to keep you uplifted during the cold and dark and ice of winter. Green of spring, bells of May, blue skies and mirth.
