What is the allure of our black honey? It could be that we age our 'perfume' black honey for the minimum of one year and age it in a mahogany barrel where it does not take on the wood scent, but instead sweetens slightly by the natural sugars in the wood and becomes the truest honey note we can create. Hand created in our lab with components from all over the world by blending aged ingredients...well we can't give our secret away but all ingredients are natural and the use of grape skin is a component in which the scent comes from.
