Nocturne Alchemy Limited Edition Perfume Oil (Limited)

Moon Dust was such a hit, we decided to listen to you and create a new version but with the added depth, sensuality and spirit of Kashmir Red Musk. The recipe is the same but the equation has changed in order to enhance the Kashmir that is heavy-handedly added to this blend.

We recreated this perfume on two consecutive evenings during the last full moon: September 8/9, 2014 16 degrees Pisces and last of the Summer Moons. This moon brings success, fortune and high status.

With Autumn comes the sense of letting go of the weight from the heat of summer, allowing the psyche to open itself with the fresh cooling air and free the mind and body of the pressures of life...at least for us it is.

For this offering Emerson and I worked together on a perfume that was both soft and long lasting. We wore the prototype on our most recent trip to London and Copenhagen and while in the latter city, we came across a beautiful blue chypre note that a perfume friend created for us — it is so soft and vulnerable but beautiful all the same, we layered this with the prototype of Moon Dust and magic occurred. For this version, we used an aged Kashmir of 13 months and recreated the recipe with new measurements to enhance the perfume in all respect to Kashmir.

For this perfume we like to call Moon Dust Kashmir, it is a scent that enraptures the sensual with a caress rather than a tight hug, it is simply an ethereal scent for evenings, sitting under the shade of a tree and sharing energy or just sitting back in your favorite chair, filling your glass of wine (or your favorite spirit) and opening a book that takes you to a place beyond and quite possibly to the Moon for a moment of quiet, solace and remembrance.
