Neclaus, Santa Claus: Abandoned on the edge of the Immortal's Forest of Burzee, his cries were heard by Ak, The Master Woodsman of the World. Ak commanded Shiegra the Lioness to care for him. Later, adopted with Ak's permission by Necile The Wood Nymph, he was given the name Neclaus, meaning Necile's Little One. Neclaus grew up and was protected by the Immortals, but was himself human. Eventually, Ak asked Neclaus to accompany him on a journey around the world so Neclaus could discover humanity. Aware of Neclaus's fascination with human children, Ak tells him, "Childhood is the time of Man's greatest content."
