In the Fenian Cycle of Irish Mythology, the Salmon of Knowledge ate nine hazelnuts that fell into the Well of Wisdom and gained all the world's knowledge. It's wisdom would be imparted into whoever ate the flesh of the fish. I don't recommend consuming this perfume, but it does make a great story! My Salmon is fresh and clean, with bright top notes of lemon blossom sinking into salt water and spring rain, ending on a base of frankincense.
