According to legend, cinnamon birds lived in Arabia and collected cinnamon sticks from an unknown land to make their nests. I couldn't resist that idea when I stumbled across it, and set to work immediately to make a perfume to match the story. My Cinnamon Bird nests in a fragrant bed of hay and saffron, lined with cinnamon sticks and cinnamon bark. A gentle splash of almond milk tames all that wild spice, and the end result is a lightly spiced gourmand that has become a new personal favourite.
