Indeed he was a troublesome rogue, albeit dashingly good looking and with a smart sense of dress. The careless and irresponsible man left unpaid bills and IOU's across town and throughout the city in bars, restaurants, haberdasheries and the occasional veterinarian office as he had a weakness for homeless and mistreated pups. (A sign of his own troubled childhood.) Of course, let us not also forget the broken hearts of ingénues and the seething, fist-shaking fathers of said ingénues. His best trait, other than helping poor dogs and avoiding jail, was his ability to coax others into talking about their regrets and misgivings, as if he were some sort of psychiatrist, and helping them overcome those past misfortunes. It was with this ability that he left others feeling better about themselves and, hence, less likely to go after the man and his outstanding bills. The fragrance of the Devilish Rogue of Heartsburty Heights is complex like his behavior with a combination of well-to-do and decadent ingredients. Blue musk, rosewood, white cognac absolute, black pepper, labdanum absolute, vetiver, spruce, bergamot and gurjum balsam.
