Despite the difficult economy and wearisome times in the world, we are fortunate and still have much, much, much to be grateful for. May we be able to count our blessings, however great or small they may be. Fortunate is a revised version of 2007’s Sit Down & Shut Up with a touch more grace. Cheesecake with a pumpkin cheesecake layer, graham cracker crust and topped with a thin layer of apple butter.
