Cygnus the swan is also one of the three constellations whose alpha star makes up one of the points in the Summer Triangle. In Greek myth, Cygnus was a man who was turned into a swan by Zeus in order to retrieve his drowned friend, Phaeton’s, body. Once made swan, he was no longer able to become a man again and remained in swan form until he died. Zeus memorialized this selfless act by putting Cygnus’ swan image in the sky. Cygnus is a downy soft and midnight blue perfume of orchid, vanillaed sugar, gardenia, bergamot, and sparkling grapefruit.
