This oil was created to honor Hekate, Greek goddess of thecrossroads She is associated with the night, the moon, and the underworld and is oftenpetitioned in matters dealing with abundance, eloquence, healing, and protection.
This blendfeatures aheady Ylang Ylang base completed by dark aged patchouli. The deep, dark base is augmented by myrrh, black pepper and hibiscus touchedby the faintest hint of leather and a ghosting of lilacs. This is a very dark and mysterious scent, enveloping the wearer in a fragrant cloak ofancient citadels and underworlds.
This blend is a new iteration of our Hekateperfume which was originally launched in 2010 and remains near identical to the original.
