Travel back in time to the court of Queen Elizabeth I with this evocative blend. Inspired by the medieval area, this complex blend contains over 12 different notes which reveal themselves slowly as they go through many changes. This is a very woodsy blend with just the slightest hint of archaic feminine florals. Black Agarswood, cedarwood and sandalwood dance upon the faintest hint of dark patchouli while a soft wind of geranium and lotus dances in the background. Several other softer woods then move together with a touch of black pepper to create a sensory experience that is truly a time machine in a bottle.
It is a feminine blend, but not overly feminine, as it has a very obvious darkness to it. It is a perfume well suited to it's namesake; powerful, evocative, brooding, strong, captivating and just a little bit wicked.
